According to one of their Chinese suppliers they have been taking shortcuts when it comes to purchasing both PVC & wood components

We easily found at least 20 companies that get the same product from the same suppliers as they do. Would you call that an "original product"?
We reached out to Royal Building Products. They claim they haven't made any shutter components for years...
Great advice & we agree, research is what you should do!
Not only is their entire "Made in the USA" shtick a facade, but so is the quality of the Chinese parts they purchase (according to one of their suppliers).
